Dr Vizayer Raj held several positions in the corporate sector. He has also lectured in Business Administration in a number of Universities in Malaysia and abroad before moving on to manage his own business in Education. Currently he is the CEO of Asian Management Development Academy.

Selvi Thangveloo, served the banking industry for 14 years before embarking on a career in training, development and education. With the years of experience, she is qualified to bring hope to anyone struggling with lack of qualifications and skills for career enhancement. Currently, she is the Vice-President of Asian Management Development Academy and also Director of Global Linkwork international, a consultancy company with a wide range of local as well as international business activities.
